With our kickboxing classes here at Victory we combine the elements and techniques learned from Muay Thai and adapt them for MMA.
You will be learning to protect yourself from a standing position by learning how to throw and defend punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Giving you the chance to learn self-defense in a safe and fun environment.
We do this through our one hour kickboxing class that incorporates solo drills, partner pad drills, hitting the heavy bags and for our advanced students, competitive sparring.
