Mixed Martial Arts

Our Adult Mixed Martial Arts or “MMA” program allows you to incorporate pieces of different martial arts such as boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and jiu-jitsu into one self-defense system. We feel that this is the best way to learn self-defense because you learn how to protect yourself in a variety of situations.

Muay Thai Kickboxing

With our kickboxing classes here at Victory we combine the elements and techniques learned from Muay Thai and adapt them for MMA.

Jiu-Jitsu/Wrestling

Train submissions, sweeps, takedowns and transitions! We combine elements from wrestling, judo and jiu-jitsu to teach self-defense on the ground for the sport of MMA and Submission Grappling.

Beginner through advanced students are welcome. No experience or special equipment required!
